| About the American Checker Federation The American Checker Federation (ACF) is a non-profit organization and the central governing body for checkers in the United States. Currently, the ACF has members in Australia, Barbados, Bermuda, Canada, England, Ireland, Italy, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Scotland, South Africa, the United States, Wales, and the West Indies!!!
The ACF holds many checker tournaments across the United States and sponsors an annual National Checker Tournament whose winner earns the right to compete for the World Title. Members receive the ACF Bulletin bi-monthly, which contains tournament announcements and results, checker news, mail play ladder standings, and select annotated games of previous National Checker Tournaments.
